Vegan Radio broadcasts alternate Thursdays from noon to 1PM (Eastern Standard Time). We are live in the studio at our local community radio station Valley Free Radio.

Our live shows are a bit different than the podcast version. The live show tends to be the raw material for the podcast. Derek takes the live recording and edits out some of the stutters, awkward pauses, and whatnot. He sometimes adds in sound effects or audio clips that make the podcast a little more polished.
