Happy Valentine's Day, lovers and loners!

For those of you who don't know, I spent half of December and January in Hove, England, where I shared space, time, and great vegan food with Claire, fellow Vegan Bus rider and now vegan girlfriend for life. During my visit I cased the local vegetarian restaurants and sampled some of them. But with the current exchange rate at $2.05 per £1 we did most of our cooking ourselves.
