Joy Askew has been a musician and singer songwriter for many years. originally from England Joy has worked with such luminaries as Peter Gabriel and Laurie Anderson. She has 5 of her own CD's released and is currently working on the 6th.
Joy began volunteering for farm Sanctuary over 2 years ago and assists in the NY public schools with the "Cultivating Compassion" program and also tables whenever she can.
Joy has recently begun hosting a series at Joes Pub called "The JoY DiVersion"- look out for that.
